Get Well Soon Card

Good Morning! I am visiting my Uncle in San Diego and the weather is just beautiful! It is cool with a slight breeze-my FAVORITE kind of weather! I have created a get well card from a Basic Grey card kit. I used the items in the kit but created the design myself. When you are buying craft items, don't forget to think outside of the box. If you bought a card kit, why not try to use some of the items on a scrapbook page? Or a canvas creation? This not only allows you to have a set color palette that works, it also allows you to be creative in a way that you normally may not have been :) Thank you for visiting :)

A Little Bit Of Twine...

Hi Crafty Friends!  I hope you are having a wonderful Saturday! I thought I would share with you a card I had created with some of my scraps. Although it is a simple card, I really like how cute it is and the twine element gives it just the right amount of texture it needs so as to not overwhelm it. I hope you enjoy it and your weekend!

Baby Blanket

Hi Crafty Friends! I am so excited to finally be able to share the blankets I made for my Godson's daughter's baby shower. They were really not too difficult. The small one took about 2-3 hours and the large one took about 4-5 hours. You can purchase kits from your local craft store or you can buy material and create whatever you want. I did the latter.
